By using Respond ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.
The Service provides automated SMS text-back for missed phone calls. When a call to your assigned number goes unanswered, the caller receives an automated text message. Replies are routed and you receive notifications. The Service does not make outbound calls or contact anyone who has not first contacted you.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine you are violating these terms.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance, carrier issues, or other reasons. We are not liable for missed messages during outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue from missed messages or calls.
The Service is billed month-to-month. Pricing is as displayed at the time of sign-up. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Either party may terminate at any time. You can cancel by contacting us at support@yourdomain.com. Upon termination, your phone number and automated messaging will be deactivated. Data is retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
